One option that you have available to you if you have a modern car and a fairly modern mobile phone is to link your phone, via Bluetooth, to your car’s stereo system. This will mean that you can make and receive calls through the stereo and you will be able to listen to any music that you have downloaded on your phone. There will be no need to touch your phone to do any of this as you use the function buttons of your stereo instead.
